Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel L V Fuser at St Agustine to Clinton. Complaining of the conduct of Lieutenant Lockwell, 3rd Battalion of the 60th, who remained at the billiard table and neglected his men. When addressed he laughed and was placed under arrest. Thinks that as he has been visited by Governor's Secretary, Mr Edwards, he is encouraged in his behaviour.
