Full Description:
Clinton to Germain. Reports that trops from Rhode Island have arrived safely following a trouble-free evacuation. However, two naval vessels (including the 'Delaware' frigate) have been lost to the rebels, one carrying important despatches. Also concerns the relief of Halifax, and the decision that reinforcements should not sail.
