Full Description:
Relates to the case of Mr Jarvis, refugee. Lloyd's Neck [Long Island]. That Mr Jarvis and his family had been sent in from Stamford in Connecticut and that he had been found to be exceedingly ill with fever due to exposure. He is almost a cripple and unable to do anything for the subsistence of himself and his family. Is therefore recommended deserving of assistance.
