Full Description:
Peter Ackerman, Refugee to Clinton. For two and a half years had fled to this city with his wife and four children after the loss of his all. Unable to do anything to support his family, thereforth humbly prayeth that rations may be granted to him and his family. Recommended by seven signatories. William Franklin enquired into his character and circumstances and thinks him and his family proper objects for assistance and relief.
