[Clinton] to Robinson. New York. Sends a copy of a memorial from Colonel Lord Cathcart, representing that £447 sterling being part of the pay of the Provincial Corps, called the British Legion, having been stolen out of the Paymaster's tent. Believes the facts stated are true and deserving of their Lordship's consideration.
