Full Description:
John Ackerman, Refugee [to the Commander-in-Chief]. Greenwich. Petition. He is a lieutenant in the King's Militia Volunteers. Has had his house and property burnt, and has had a long continued sickness of the fever. Asks for rations for himself and his family, recommended by Captain Lawrence Buskirk and referred to Colonel Morris by William Crosbie, Aide-de-Camp.
