Full Description:
Campbell to Clinton. Heaquarters at Pensacola. A detailed report to his excellency discussing the Garrisons of Natchez and Baton Rouge, vessel activity on the river, and the disppearance of the Captain and his 'Carteret' packet boat. The detaining of the 'Bathurst' as a guard ship for the harbour. The 'Bathurst' arrived but not with supplies for this place which is almost entirely destitute of field artillery, all articles having been detained in Jamaica.
