Full Description:
Governor William Mathew Burt to Prevost. Antigua. Amongst many prisoners brought by H.M.S. Guadaloupe was Lieutenant Thomas Morris, in the service of Congress. They say they were on parole granted by Prevost. Mr Morris with his family, wish to return to America, and he to Prevost. Has granted them leave and if any exchange takes place in America begs he may be exchanged for John Burke of this island. Enumerates Mr Morris's family and slaves.
