Full Description:
McLean to Clinton. Halifax. Has granted Lieutenant Neil Campbell of 74th Regiment, who desires to purchase in the 84th Regiment, leave to proceed to headquarters to complete it. Commends Lieutenant Campbell and says the proposed purchase is with the consent of the lieutenants of the corps. Lieutenant Lindin recommended for the vacant captain lieutenancy by Captain McDonald of the 84th Regiment, as an officer of merit.
