Full Description:
Nathaniel Gardiner to Tryon. New York. Memorial. His attachment to the government induced him with his wife and two children to quit Rhode Island and take refuge in this city. Is so reduced in circumstances he is unable to support them and by being a cripple is unable to labour. Asks that rations of provisions may be issued out of the King's stores for their support.
