Full Description:
John Dean to Tryon. New York. Memorial. Fell into the hands of the enemy when the town of Danbury was burnt. Escaped and has acted as a guide, has suffered from rheumatism and lost the use of his right hand. His wife and children have been sent away. Begs some relief. Certified by Benjamin Davis and others, and by J. Chandler and Amos Botsford.
