Full Description:
Campbell to Clinton. Headquarters, Pensacola. Detailed letter written to state every occurance or transaction that has happened in West Florida that may possibly affect the military department since his dispatch of 15 December. Mentions the conjoining of the Pennsylvania and Maryland Loyalists into one corps, the raising of two troops of Light Dragoons, and the return of prisoners. The activities of the Creek and Choctaw Indians, the keeping of treaties, and the situation with troops left in West Florida.
