Full Description:
William Armstrong, 17th Regiment, to Morris. Requests that the bearer, Mrs Hill, her mother, sister and one child be allowed rations. Knew them when the 17th was at Stoney Point, where from their being of service to the garrison they were driven out from their possessions.
