Full Description:
Prevost to Clinton. Savannah. Concerning the ship of ordnance which would be taken away the following day under the care of Captain Henry. The govenor alarmed by rebels appearing on the south side of the Ogeechee River. States that depredations, the loss of men, women and children, may have been avoided if the volunteers had not been dispersed. Also requires warrants for holding general courts-martials.
