Full Description:
Nicholas Van De Burgh to Colonel Roger Morris. Petition. Has 3 sons in the provincial regiments; is banished from his farm. has suffered imprisonment and wheeping (sic). Has 10 in family; they have all had small-pox and 4 of his children have fever and ague these 5 months. Asks rations till he can help himself. Certified by Beverley Robinson and William Grant. Apparently the same as Fredenburgh on the 4th March.
