Full Description:
Charles Jenkinson, War Office, London to Clinton reports that a party of Maryland and Pennsylvania Loyalists have arrived in Pensacola under the command of Lieutenant Inglis, where they are without an agent. Orders that Messers Ross and Gray honour bills drawn on them for subsistence of the party.
