Full Description:
Barbara Miller to Governor James Robertson of New York, forwards a petition for consideration. Her son and son-in-law were hanged in Albany by the cruel rebels and husband dragged nine miles to his death. She is therefore obliged to leave Livingstone Manor and seeks support etc.
