Full Description:
Germain to Clinton informing that the King has approved a plan to disrupt rebel trade and commerce with attacks on ports and ships, members of a Board of Directors to oversee this is nominated. In the event of a successful capture of rebel vessels [without Royal Navy involvement] the entire bounty will fall to the board members plus a gratuitous grant of 200 acres of land in America.
