Full Description:
Malcom Morison to Robinson. New York. Petition. Was Justice of the Peace for Duchess County but was thrown into prison. Escaping to 'this city', his estate was sold and his person proscribed. His wife and children are now here but he cannot get bread for them. Begs rations. Certified by Colonel Bev Robinson. Referred to Colonel Morris by Thomas Murray. Marked, ordered by Major-General Robertson.
