Full Description:
Campbell to Clinton. Headquarters, Pensacola. Discusses that contrary to expectations, Pensacola remains unattacked, the Spaniards give out that they have 7,000 land troops but intelligence reduces this to 4,000, and the numbers of Indians is diminishing. Begs that a state of allowance be sent from the Quartermaster General's Office, the situation with the Pennsylvania and Maryland Loyalists, and clothing for the Provincials. Also mentions the accounts and payments made to certain officers.
