Full Description:
'Proposal From The Army. Number 1. The whole captured already made ashore since the Army landed in Edisto River, on that shall be made in any part of the country from this time till the return of the expedition intended to be sent immediately for the purpose of collecting stores. As well as those taken a float within the same period by any of the fleet acting in this siege, including those ships and gallies stationed at Beaufort and the several inland navigations, to be divided between the Navy and the Army accoding to their several ranks and numbers, from the signed returns of each service, in the proportions established by the customs of the Navy in the distribution of prize money'.
