Full Description:
Charity Concklin, refugee. New York. Certificated signed by James Lamb, Theodorus Snedeker and John Armstrong as to her loyalty and need. Driven from her habitation by the rebels with her three children. Her husband not having sufficient business to support them at present. Also, a testimony to the above signers by Chief Justice William Smith.
