Full Description:
Daniel Tuttle, refugee. New York. Certificate signed by Colonel Edmund Fanning relating that Tuttle is from Connecticut and for his allegiance to the government' was obliged to leave his native country. Came to Fanning's regiment with seven recruits. After this had his wife and four small children sent within the lines. He having no trade desires to have his rations continued. Also signed by Governor Franklin.
