Elizabeth Fraser. New York. Certificate addressed to Colonel Morris from Jon Greint (or Green), Normand Tolmie and Donald McLean. That she is a widow with three children and is in great distress for the necessaries of life. She came from North Britain [Scotland] and settled in Albany for three years where she received severe treatment from the rebels, which obliged her to leave a comfortable home and take refuge within the King's lines. Recommends her as a fit object to receive provisions.
