Full Description:
Wright to Clinton. Savannah, Georgia. Discusses compensation to the sufferers regarding the loss of property in respect to his own personal loss of buildings which were pulled down for their materials. Encloses Moncrief's certificate and the valuation of his buildings, done by three gentlemen of character. Hopes to be favoured with an answer and that Clinton will be of the opinion that it is a proper military charge or contingency, and that he will be pleased ot admit his claim.
