Full Description:
Mrs Stilwell, refugee. New York. Certificate by Governor Franklin of New Jersey, that Mrs Stilwell and her four children are residents of New Brunswick and had to take refuge from here from persecution. She intended to go to Jamaica and after embarking, the ship was cast away. She lost her property and is reduced to great distress. Recommends her as a proper object for the indulgence of rations for herself and family.
