Full Description:
Major-General Benjamin Lincoln to Clinton. Hingham, Massachusetts. Had yesterday the honour of His Excellency's favour of the '19th ultimo'. Agreeable to his proposition, will meet Major- General Phillips at Elizabeth Town on the 12 September. Requests that Major Baylies and Captain Jackson, gentlemen of his faimily and whose paroles now limit them to New England, may be permitted to attend him.
