Full Description:
Clinton to Germain. New York. Number 103. Receipt of previous letters, communicating His Majesty's message to the army with regard to Charlestown, and hopes that he will be able to send the military stores and armaments for Chesapeake Bay epedition very soon. The latter he hopes will call a part of the enemy's attention from Carolina and allow him to possibley retain a small post there.
