Full Description:
Germain to Clinton. Whitehall. Number 68. Laid previous letters before His Majesty. Pleasure in finding the accounts asked for. Report which includes news on Vice Admiral Arbuthnot, Admiral Graves, and Monsieur De Ternay. Captain Ophinstone to command a frigate which will bring clothing for Clinton's army, the Navy Board will find another to send out remaining British recruits, and the anticipated news on Cornwallis.
