Full Description:
Spry to McLean. Halifax. Discusses how his accounts have been near eight months before McLean, accompanied by a memorial for the balance. There have been no objections but he has not been able to pay the claimants on his department and now has been served with writs. He has been informed that if he is taken into custody he may remain there, so in this distress he has been advised to turn the course of law towards McLean and the government.
