Full Description:
Captain George Gayton, H.M.S. Romulus to All captain's and commander's of His Majesty's ships and vessels of war, and all other whom it may concern. Permission is hereby granted to the schooner 'Blazing Star', birth about ten tons, Thomas Smith Sailing Master, and Charles McCarthy Flag Master, navigated by two private seamen, to proceed from Philadelphia to Charlestown, South Carolina, with some articles of clothing, medicines and also a quantity of flour for the prisoners in our possession at that place, and after the delivery of the same to return to the port of Philadelphia.
