Full Description:
McLean to Clinton. Halifax. Transmits memorials of Lieutenant-Colonel Commandant Goreham and Major Batt. With respect to the former Lieutenant-Colonel John Campbell at Penobscot, is in similar circumstances though unable to solicit attention to his pretensions. Mr Morris's appointment in the Loyal Nova Scotia Volunteers, and other circumstances set forth happened before he arrived in this province, but he believes the facts well founded.
