Full Description:
Captain J Curgenven to McLean. Charlotte Town. Memorial. Requests leave of absence for six months to go to England to settle accounts with the government as Collector of Newhaven and Receiver for Greenwich Hospital. by the removal of the Board of Customs and other vicissitudes, he is unacquainted with the mode of getting them liquidated by writing. Has been in America for thirteen years. If this interferes with Hierlihy's absence he would rather remain on the island until he returns.
