Full Description:
Moses Foster to Robertson. Bedford, Long Island. Memorial. Late of Shelburne, Massachusetts, he has suffered imprisonments and banishment. Commanded a party of refugees and Indians in Burgoyne's army, and has been within the lines upwards of one year. Has maintained himself but has now nothing for his family. Begs rations and some small pension and shelter.
