Full Description:
Elizabeth Gozling to Clinton. New York. Petition. Is told by Colonel Morris that she must renew her petition. Begs therefore rations for herself and her five small children, her husband being dead and one of her sons in His Majesty's service. Followed by a certificate dated 28 October 1780 and signed by Governor Franklin, John Smyth, Philip Kearny and Frederick Smyth.
