Clinton to Germain. New York. Seperate. Discussing the lack of provisions which is causing the greatess distress. Has not yet received one ounce of this years supply. Provisions having arrived at this place but they were destined for elsewhere. Begs leave that His Excellency will act in a particular manner to the request he has already made on the subject, and that they will be submitted most humbly for His Majesty's consideration.
