Full Description:
Spry to McLean. Halifax. Acknowledges his previous letter containing the objections which he has so often entreated. As an emparlance to suit is filed, he is unable to go to England. Requests him to signify to His Excellency his intentionof remaining in America for another campaign and thanks him for the indulgence granted.
