Full Description:
Minutes presented to Lord Palmerston, Sir Richard Sutton and Mr Buller. Whitehall Treasury Chambers. Report from Clinton with the state of necessaries sent out in 1777, 1778 and 1779. Also stoppages for those in 1777 and representing that, as the prices of the articles sent out in 1778-9 have not been made known and no stoppage can be made. Letter from Germain transmitting lists of camp equipage and such for 1781, and the report of the Board of Field Officers as to that damaged and unfit for service. Report to be transmitted to Mr Harley and Mure, Son and Atkinson, to direct them to attend Thursday next.
