Full Description:
Clinton to Haldimand. New York. Discusses how from intelligence lately received, there will be an attempt against Canada, which would render naval transactions on the coast improbable. A second addition mentions that because of the intention against Canada, realiance on the country for the delivery of supplies of flour and other provision could not be guaranteed. Suggesting taking from the inhabitants.
