Full Description:
Cornwallis, Winnesborough to Clinton. Relates to the activities of the Indians under Lieutenant-Colonel Brown's command against the rebels and their attack on the American settlements (of Woroga, Holstein, Caentuck, and Nolachukey) which encroach on their territories. Reports the marching of the backcountry 'mountaineers' to join the Patriot militia at King's Mountain, and the interception of a letters from the Governor of Virginia to Don Galvez [of Spanish Louisiana].
