Full Description:
Cornwallis, Winnesborough to Clinton in which he relates that earlier letters may be still delayed in Charlestown. Describes difficulties created generally by rebel incursions [in the Carolinas]. Discusses his forthcoming expedition to the Catawba and Yadkin rivers, and has ordered Lieutenant-Colonel Balfour to arrange a force to be sent to Cape Fear immediately.
