Full Description:
Lord George Germain to General Sir Henry Clinton. A letter from Whitehall regarding one, Mr Penderson, and was recommended by General Sir William Howe, went to England to solicit funds for him and his family after having his property taken by the rebels for loyalty and service to the army, to try to get it back. For his loyalty deserves protection on his return to America.
