Full Description:
Clinton to Major-General Alexander Leslie. A letter from New York acknowledging receipt of dispatches from Charlestown and Camden and meeting Lord Cornwallis at the intended diversion in the Cape Fear River. Unable to comply about Captain Skelly but recommendation about the 64th Regiment should take place, and the volunteer mentioned, to be provided for immediately.
