John Andrews to General Sir Henry Clinton. A letter of Memorial regarding his, and his families dispossesion of home and property by the rebels on Rhode Island, and seeks help with a house and a small consideration for his family in New York. Testified to by William Wanton (late governor of Rhode Island).
