Full Description:
Doctor Samuel Isaacs to Clinton. New York. Memorial. Discusses his distressed condition. Supplied British and other prisoners with provisions and medicines, was six times tried before Committees, banished and confined, and has fled hither for refuge. His wife and children were banished also, his wife in now dead and he and his family are sick. Seeking relief and rations. With a certificate signed by Samuel and Joseph Mabbett and others, their names being attested to by Beverley Robinson and Philip Livingston.
