Full Description:
Cornwallis to Clinton. Camp near Wilmington [North Carolina]. Proposes Lieutenant-Colonel Yorke to succeed the late Colonel Webster. Ensigncy for Adjutant Fox. Lieutenant Ward unfit for service and whishes to retire. Recommends Adjutant Watson of the 23rd Regiment and Captain Campbell of the 33rd who has lately distinguished himself much.
