Full Description:
Tonyn to Clinton. St. Augustine. The interruption to our correspondence with New York since the fleet left the southern provinces has been much felt by the capture of nearly all the merchantmen of this colony and the embarrasment occasioned by the loss of letters. Sends duplicates of former letters as to Mr Moore, and trusts Clinton will enable him to discharge that gentleman's account for the public services.
