Cornwallis to Clinton. Wilmington. Encloses copy of letters he has sent as they contain the most exact account of every transaction of the campaign of the present state of things in that district. Mentions that neither his cavalry nor his infantry are in readiness to move, however he must march tomorrow and he sees no prospect of reinforcements from Europe.
