Full Description:
Cornwallis to Phillips. Wilmington. Sees his situation is very distressing with threats from the enemy, and discusses concerns over Lord Rawdon. Mentions meeting up with Phillips and his army but there are many unforeseen difficulties, and that he is going to march to the lowest ford of the Roanoke River.
