Full Description:
De Seitz to Clinton. Halifax. Transmits the returns of troops for May and June. Has more motives for it as he saw complaints in a letter to Campbell of his reports not having reached His Excellency. Has sufficient justification that nobody can make the least complaints against his own conduct and the officers under his command. Hopes Sir Henry will have no suspicion of him and recommends himself to his kind protection.
